HIGA is a meeting of young minority language speakers with the aim of promoting linguistic diversity and linguistic activism. It is much more than just a meeting, it is a space for collaboration, learning and action for young people committed to the revitalization of languages.

HIGA offers a unique opportunity to connect young people from all over the world who share the same challenge, to promote linguistic revitalization and to create collaborative networks between young people from minority language communities around the world: to keep their languages and cultures alive in an increasingly globalised world.
